We all know about YouTube as the place to see all those funny videos and enjoy the user generated content when we have the extra 5 minutes, but not many of us have thought about the great ROI you could get from YouTube.
EU has tried to improve its infamous communications. Here is a good start from the political giant (or a dwarf in some circles) to connect and spread the EU-mantra, although it’s still a bit stiff.
Regardless of the merits of the particular institution behind the branded YouTube library, what we all could take from this example is the flexibility of the rather new and underutilized platform. You can take your customer or voter engagement to whole new level with a relatively small investment.
Whether you are a cause-marketer, a non-profit, a political party, a candidate for the local city council, a mom-and-pop shop, or just a freelance web designer, you can find your own market segment from the vast pool of YouTube users, or at least give a new memorable experience to the ones who visit your own site.
